Andrew “Andy” K. Taylor, PT  Andy is a physical therapist who has been working with Firstat since May 2017. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2015. He has over 3 years of quality experience in various areas of physical therapy, including providing care in transitional care units, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and also in the home health setting. He is a certified lymphedema therapist, is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and is CPR certified. During his free time, Andy enjoys exercising, spending time with his fiance, and is an avid sports fan.

Penny Strafaccia OTR/L, CLT  I have over 25 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist with adults and seniors in a variety of settings including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, transitional care units and home health to assist clients and there families be as independent physically, emotionally and cognitively as possible. I feel every person has gifts to share and I enjoy learning from them and am honored to be a part of there recovery.
